ECHD recognizes the importance of strong, effective leadership within the Church and society. This program develops leaders who guide communities toward justice and peace through ecumenical prayer services, schools, training workshops, theological education, and faith formation. It equips young people, clergy, women, and community leaders with tools to foster unity, strengthen faith, and lead social transformation. The initiatives also emphasize ecumenical cooperation, bridging divides between Christian denominations and religious communities.
