The Ecumenical Commission for Human Development (ECHD) envisions a world free from poverty, disease, and injustice reflecting God’s love in Jesus Christ, which brings justice, peace, and development for all.
Our Mission
To realize this vision, ECHD raises awareness and designs innovative programs that address the root causes of poverty, disease, and injustice. Through information sharing, resources, and capacity-building, we empower impoverished families, indigenous groups, and marginalized communities to achieve self-reliance, dignity, and sustainable development.
